Decent customer service, the coffee & food were hot

Ordered the beyond meat burger, made it CLEAR I could not have the mayo, sauce or cheese on my burger. As I was ordering she was... laughing with other coworkers and not paying attention to me. They gave me my burger and it had cheese on it, I went back andkindly asked them to remake it since I cannot have cheese and the women started disagreeing with me, telling me I never saidthat and asking if she could just ?scrape? it off. I generally enjoy just about all my meals here. And the service is good over all. Today I was extremely hungry and wanted to try... the new fish and chips. Gotta say I was pretty excited to find a seat and chow down. The moment I took the first bite. I had tospit it out. Visualize expecting fresh juicy battered cod. But ended with hard and dried out fish. Simular to the texture ofmoist beef jerky. This fish must have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. This meal I wont be ordering again. This A&W in the Collection Outlet mall is my favorite location in the city. It?s clean, comfortable and staff are nice. I am... not too crazy about fast food cause I like my food serve piping hot in temperature but this A&W serve my fries and poutine whilestill hot and taste better than New York Fries. Their hot water also hot enough so my tea taste better then from Starbucks withhalf the price. I think this is the best location of all A&W. Read more

I?ve been to the A&W in the Outlet Collection Winnipeg several times. It?s pretty good and generally clean. The staff have been... consistently nice and helpful. On one occasion the root beer I ordered tasted kind of funny and they responded immediately whenI told them and addressed the issue well. I like the food here in general and they actually have pretty sweet coupons onlinethat you can use on your phone for great deals (without having to print anything out). Read more
