My son has gluten allergies and requested the burger to be lettuce wrapped. They didn't seem to care and packed with a regular... hamburger touching it in the same bag. Thank you so much A and W we will not be returning....he is now sicker than a dog. Plusthe staff was rude and almost threw the bag at us going thru the drive thru. Absolutely horrible. The employees can barely understand you, and you have to repeat your order 3 or 4 times before they get... it. And then they ignore what you say - did you order onion rings instead of fries? Well, you're getting fries anyway. Youordered a coke? Too bad, you're getting a root beer. I went there at 1 PM and there wasn't anybody else in the drive through. I could see at least 4 employees walking around through the drive through window. It STILL took me 5+ minutes to get a burger.Not to mention every time I ordered onion rings (and by some miracle, actually received them), they're all stuck together,barely cooked, and have ZERO seasoning on them. This A&W used to be amazing, but now it's the worst one in town. This locationhas gone way downhill since they laid off the entire staff a few years ago and replaced them all. You might have to wait a bit if you go late at night and order for 3 people, but there's probably only one guy making... everything. But you know it's fresh that way. Read more
THE BEST BURGER EVER was actually the worst! This store messed it up pretty bad; there was a tiny dollop of Onions in the middle... of the bottom bun, with very little mayo. We ordered the Meal Deal for 2 and it cost us over 30$$. We have always supported thisstore and have never had such a awful burger. ( The Pickles didn?t help it, and I like deep fried pickles) IMO don't waste themoney. Read more
Varied from our usual order and had chicken fingers. A mistake. They were not very tasty and heavily processed. Not even the... fries and onion rings were that great. Diet root beer was good though. Staff were polite but not all tjat friendly.Disappointing. Read more
Chubby chicken burger with a hamburger patty on it! Dont knock it till you try it. Oh yeah this location rocks! Busy but good... spot. Only complaint is tables aren't cleaned fast and you have to walk around hoping to try find a clean one. Read more
