On two seperate occasions, I went in the restaurant and ordered to go a mama burger (no cheese ) I have an allergy.. On both... occasions I left drove away went to eat my hunger and thete was cheese. I was hungry and on my way back home out of town. Thestaff I thecrestaurant were not friendly nor were they efficient when dealing with me. The one who was behind the counter wasstanding there. I asked him if he would take my order, he said just a minute. He went in the back and the one who was working attake out window came to serve me in between serving cars. I am not impressed, it seemed like customers were a bother to them asan older man can in and they told him to wait. There wasn't any other customers in the restaurant besides the two of us. It wasnot very friendly. I used to enjoy A&W but the ladt two occasions have been disappointments with food I could not eat. I do notfeel like I would wsnt to go back to A& W again. Read more
When the online coupons were taken away. They lost my business. I would frequently buy a&w when they had online coupons. I... never get them to my home. So now I don't bother. Read more
Lady working at the counter was extremely rude. To the point where we couldn't order our food. Very disappointed in this... experience as we went in just to have a late lunch. There are many other places to order food from. Will not be back due tothay awful experience Read more
Food is good as always. The service is very slow at times. Last time it was just a guy that was holing out in the back, saw us... through the window, then continued to take his sweet time coming to the front. Maybe they were understaffed and he was doing thework of a crew on his own. Definitely a staffing issue. At one point they would ask for your name. An unnecessary process thatjust ends in customers snappily having to repeat their names because the staff don't understand you. Not sure if it's a languagebarrier or the masks, or both. Send my daughter to buy a couple sandwiches with egg and lettuce this early morning(8:30 at Black Friday). She said how nice and... friendly was cashier. Food was so good! I never ordered breakfast sandwich with lettuce. Definitely a game changer. Thanks forgreat service and food :) Read more
The place was clean but Customer Experience very poor. I stopped by early morning because a friend wanted me to get them... something to eat which I didn?t exactly know what as I wasn't very familiar with the menu. Representatives were very impatient[though no other customer was in]. And I even had to ask for them to give me a takeout train to put the drinks I bought whichthey just brought out & kept on the table instead of handing over to me. I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but this was areally poor experience. Read more
Went to this particular A&W for lunch today. First of all we waited for order for about 15 minutes while about 30 cars went... through the drive-thru all getting your food. We finally got our food after asking twice. The only good thing was root beerwhich is hard to screw up. My wife had the chubby chicken Burger. Which was no more than a piece of chicken meat slapped inbetween two pieces of bread. The onion rings were a total disgrace. I brought them back to the desk and asked the clerk if shewould eat them.
