Very disappointing. We walked into the store nice looking very clean. I asked the girl when were these cookies made? She told me... three days ago. I could not understand that you?re a cookie store why would you not make cookies fresh every day. She also toldme that they have a 10 day shelflife. I purchased a oatmeal chocolate chip. The cookie was extremely dry and crumbly. Potbelliesmakes a cookie like this that is 10,000 times better. I took two pieces and then I threw the rest of it away. Verydisappointing. Best cookies you will find anywhere - absolutely delicious! Cookies are soft, sweet, and baked to perfection. Staff are... welcoming and friendly, and the manager could not have been nicer. She and her team explained that they bake the cookies freshevery day, and you can definitely taste it. Would highly recommend the chocolate chip fudge filled cookie. MUST try! Best gelato I have had since I was last in Venice and Rome!

We tried the pistachio ice cream, the butter pecan ice cream, and mango gelato. All were very good. The butter pecan and... pistachio were topped with nuts. Pistachio is my new favorite. I'll definitely be going back to try more flavors. Read more

Excellent Italian gelato. The place is a bit hidden in the west side of Winnetka but it's worth the trip. Prices are... reasonable. One suggestion: of gelato was more creamy it would be like sitting in an Italian piazza. Read more

Such an amazing selection of creative flavors with and without dairy. Loved the carrot ginger gelato, acai sorbet and the... chocolate chile ice cream. Unlike any other shop in the Midwest! And all the pizzelles, cookies and cupcakes are gluten free! Read more
