The ice cream is awesome, so many great flavors. The staff are always very patient even when the line is out the door.
The ice cream was mediocre at best. Half of my ice cream seemed very crystallized like it had freezer burn. The employee who... helped us rolled his eyes and acted like he didn?t even want to be there while serving us because we asked for an extra cone. Amazing ice cream. One of the best ice cream shops I have ever visited in the USA. The shop has a rich history, and, I must say... that, the shop's location allows you to enjoy the rich creaminess of the ice cream while on a promenade with your loved one onthe main road of Winnetka. If you do this during those beautiful evenings in July, you will feel the wind from Lake Michigancaress your cheeks, and you will feel the heavenly touch of angels as you bring down salted caramel and dark chocolate brownieinto your tummy.
