This location is the best that I have been to and I have been to several. Food is always prepared very well here and the ... fries are cooked correctly every time ( see photo). I don't like where tie fries are soggy or made in dirty grease but thishasn't happened at this location yet. Keep up the good work ????. Read more

It was my second time as a customer at this particular location,service was great they just forgot to add the tempura green... beans i was looking foward to trying them out ,I called the location and was able to let them know however I didnt feel likegoing to get them anymore. I usually check my order to ensure everythings there,but since they got it the first time I decidedto give them the benefit of the doubt. Amazing burgers and fries, I tried the double char it was amazing, one of the best I've tried so far.
Unfortunately, a lot went wrong upon ordering from The Habit. Called to order over the phone, but before getting to talk to... someone, the system would error with "invalid entry, try again." Successfully ordered pick up through a third party service.Upon arrival, their doors were sealed shut. Sign said to use drive-thru. The line was dangerously out of the parking lot andinto the road, so I decided to cancel the order. After a long drawn out explanation of why I was cancelling, the third partyservice followed protocol and gave them a call. They also, could not get a human on the line. After receiving a refund, stillhungry, I decided to give their drive-thru a chance, knowing very well I should have given up. Food received was incorrect, withwrong and/or missing toppings. Meat was either old or very well done. I'm saddened I could not tell the difference. On aburger-scale of McDonald's to Eureka, this comes in a touch above McDonald's. Read more
Went there for the first time tonight, disappointed. We ordered, got the food and drove straight home, 2 miles and no red... lights. My double cheese burger was under cooked and cold to the touch as was the chicken sandwich we ordered. The hamburgerpatty was raw inside, more like medium rare. I could do the rare burger of it wasn't so cold. Read more
