The cashier was very polite that is the reason I am giving a higher score. The tacos were so inconsistently prepared. I had two... crunchy tacos that were literally only half way made, my husbands were made fine, one was stuffed full. They forgot to give thechips and cinnamon twists and when the cashier asked the other employee, he said, " You can get it yourself." The cashier forgotto give us our drinks so he was busy doing that and the other employee had us wait until the cashier would give us the remainingorder. This was the dirtiest Taco Bell we have ever visited. The floors looked terrible, the bathrooms were filthy, and the kitchen... area looked a bit disgusting as well. The faucets in both bathrooms were not secured down making them difficult to operate -which leads one to speculate about the overall care of facilities maintenance. We would have left without ordering but we werevery tired from our travels. I would have given this only one star but I decided on two solely because the staff was friendly -even though they shorted us one item which was remedied by returning to the counter and asking for the missing item. This was absolutely the most filthy Taco Bell I've ever been in. Couldn't even bring myself to use the dirty restroom. Gross!! I... did try to wash my hands but the faucet wasn't secure and you had to hold the spout to turn on and off. The food was just ok...but I was worried about eating it after seeing so much dirt. We would have left, but had kids that were looking forward to TacoBell food. Read more

For some reason they can't follow simple orders placed. This is the 2nd day in less than a week I ordered a burrito that came... with steak but at the order screen I asked for beef instead of steak. The receipt reflects that but the burrito still had steakin it and no beef. How hard is it to do the order right? I hate steak. Read more
