Very rude staff. Talking to each other loudly like there is no one around and pretending they don't see the customers when I'm... clearly standing there like a fool looking at them. She talks to you like you're absolutely no one in front of her and she'sjust doing you a favor. I left the store disgusted and with a bad mood for my rest of the day. Dear management, if you careabout your business and truck drivers, please educate your employees properly or just replace them with someone who knows how totalk to a customer. I'm a Pilot and FJ customer almost everyday around the country but I don't feel like returning to thislocation again. Take actions urgently. Read more

If you judged this travel center by the road that leads into it you may end up judging incorrectly. This is a very clean and... tidy travel stop. Plenty of parking all around including truckers parking in back. All doors and restrooms are handicapaccessible. The C-store is well laid out, clean and always stocked. The restrooms are always clean and sanitary. There is aSubway sandwich shop inside along with the great selection of deli items to feed your hunger upon. There is also a small butnicely kept casino inside in case you want to leave a few extra dollars behind. There is a great and varied selection of goodsfor you purchase in case you forgot a necessary item at home that you cannot immediately do without. The staff is alwayscourteous and upbeat and will meet any special requests with positivity. All in all I would say that this travel center is oneof the best I have had the pleasure of frequenting ever. Top 3 at the very least. Read more
RATING: TOXIC On Thursday, 10/27/22, @ about 1930 hrs., I fueled. I expected my experience to be positive, since last I... visited, an older woman treated me very well. That hadn't been my experience on this occasion. After I fueled nearly 800.00USD, I approached the counter. The woman, an older blonde Caucasian female, very wrinkly, and vain by the looks of herElmer's glue paste on nails, offered no greeting. She wore a black shirt -- a manager. So I said politely, "Fuel Receipt,Pump 18." As IT processed the receipt, it said, quite brusquely, "ONE RECEIPT?" I said yes, and she proceeded to turn herbody away from me, and HANG THE RECEIPT FROM THOSE LONG NAILS AS IF SHE WAS A 1920s starlet smoking a ????????????. I quicklygrabbed my receipt, appalled at such behaviour from a supposed "leader" of your stores, PILOT-FLYING J. Not returning topatronise this store anymore. You need to get your act together, PILOT-FLYING J, by getting better managers that don't have anattitude. You need to get rid of people like that. Read more
