Stopped in on a road trip to grab early breakfast, never realized a breakfast burrito cold be so small, luke warm, hard and... overpriced. The lack of any sauce made up for the Saharan like dryness of the burritos while any residual moisture in my mouthwas removed by the cold, greasy, sodium infused hash patty. But all wasn?t lost, the excessive caramel on the exterior of myfrappé lid made up for nearly all short comings of this seemingly simple morning sustenance. Read more

McDonalds is still the king of quick serve fast food. It is very quick and most of the product lines are good quality. The... dollar any size drinks at the local Lewiston, Idaho is a keeper. Read more

The store looked recently remodeled, which made it very sad to see the grime built up on the walls and furniture. Manager on... shift was a bigger gal with light brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her uniform was in disarray, her manager shirt put onover a bulky Hoodie, the buttons not properly aligned, and untucked, as well as a lack of tie and nametag. I will give it to herthat she was friendly, but not very attentive. When taking orders, my family member ordered a number one, but was not rang upfor the meal, and when I asked for the daily double, (which I understand not all franchises have), and without clarifying rangme in for a double cheeseburger. My family was traveling, so turning back wasn't an option after realizing the mistakes, butbeyond that, the buns on the sandwiches were cold and stale, like how they get when you leave them sitting at the end of thetoaster, the 10:1 patties were also cold, and a little burnt. On the bright side, the one order of fries we did get werefresh. Definately one of the most unprofessional and unsatisfying mcdonalds visit I have ever had. You guys genuinely have abeautiful store, and I wish your upper management luck in getting it back in shape. Read more

It was ice cold inside with the ac on and it was 35° outside, no big deal I'm only going to be here for a few minutes; However,... the food was also ice-cold all the employees were in jackets, it just didn't make any since at all. When I was finally served myice cold food I asked for more syrup and the guy pretended to not speak english, and asked for some one else to see what I wasasking him, the word syrup is pretty universal people come on. Communication is key. Doors were locked at 6pm to the lobby. Leaving many of us trying to get in confused, since the signage... said open until 10. I was able to order on the app but others just left. A sign or something on the door would have been nice. Read more

I was job hunting for my first job and got hired there, which the work part was fine, however their communication is very toxic.... I should also point out that I have anxiety that I take meds for with a slight learning disabilty. Nobody but one or two worename/position tags so I couldn't tell whose in charge nor whose who, that I ended up with a panic attack after getting screamedat because I asked the wrong 'manager' for a 10 minute break, all 'WHO IS YOUR MANAGER??' but how am I supposed to know whose incharge of me or not if they don't tell you? I had to call my mom to calm me down, because I felt so bad, that I was trying sohard to impress them, so they don't think of me as a flake. Apparently nobody knows whose in charge, as to why employees leaveor receive sour complaints from the consumers, therefore I can't be the only one that has dealt w their lack of communication. Not only that, but they never provided me a proper uniform, they wouldn't give me a schedule, no numbers to call, not a thing toperpare me for, and even though I was willing to look past the langauge barrier, they each spoke so quietly in a loud, beepingenviorment that it was difficult for me to understand them at all, especially since they only give you small bits of informationabout the rules and what means what at a time, which was very irritating, especially as a first-time worker, so it made me feellost, overwhelmed, and ansty when the pace is slow, as the work part was what actually calmed me down. While McD is usually theperfect job for first-time employees, not this particular store unfortunately so I guess I'll find some place else w a bettersystem for first-time workers like myself. Highschoolers are running the place. Everyone has airpods in and cant listen to a single order. You shout into the call box and... get a ?Huh?. Seriously need to reevaluate customer service. Mistook the order 3 times. Educate your employees on the menu. Read more

They would give us no reason why the play place was closed, just refused to open it. After being in the car 5 hours our kids... needed to play. This location has been like this off and on for the 15 years we have made this trip across Interstate 80. Don'toffer a playplace if your not going to have it open! Read more
