It takes 25 minutes for anybody to take your order inside, you can't pay with cash, the drive thru is ridiculous!! They mess up... your order somehow everytime, no salt, no pepper, no butter with your soup, and poor customer service. Save yourself the wastedtime and choose a different place where to get your food or coffee. This place has gone down on service significantly. ???? Read more

Service was extremely slow, (Could of just been the night i went.) but it's a nice place to hang out. Food tasted like Tim's... stuff. Read more

Sat in the drive through for 45 min to get my mom an ice cap. By the time I go to the window, had to wait till 15 min for they... even got my order ready since the 2 fellows were literally just talking away laughing etc. Pretty pathetic. I would recommendtalking to ur employees and getting there heads into the working mode. Read more
They don't have enough Stef that are willing to work. At 8 pm there was literally 6 donuts and 7 Timbits. And on top of that had... to stand there for 5 minutes before they even took my order. Read more
ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. The only reason I?m giving it a 1 star is because I can?t give it 0. Someone needs to look into how drinks... are being made here. We got sour milk in all our drinks and when we told them they made fun of us and treated us as if we werecrazy. Our iced cappes were runny and our coffees were disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING! I never feel the need to make a review even when upset about an order but I come here almost everyday before or after classes.... Today I grabbed two hash browns which were old and cold. And a medium French vanilla. The French vanilla was not filled all theway. And as said previously harsh browns were cold. The wait time is always ridiculous to order. I honestly feel bad for thefront line workers taking orders they are expected to do orders and make them too! While 5+ people are on drive thru. I justthink it?s time to pick up the pace a little.
