One of the best Mexican places around good food nice staff.

First time in the Wingate area and lunch and a beer here. Top notch service and the 3 taco plate was outstanding.

Great Mexican food here with an ample amount of dishes on the menu . They just expanded their space to add a lot more seating.... El Palenque has a full bar as well. The food is wonderful, their in house made corn tortillas are excellent . Mexican Streetcorn is a favorite of my hubby..lots of appetizers. Salsa and Guacamole is fantastic You can't go wrong here with what youorder Tortas are great , enough for two . Salads are great as are all the entrees . Just go try them. Read more

They wouldn?t refund my order when I only asked for a refund for an acp chicken which normally comes with chicken and rice with... queso on it. They overcharged us 16 dollars for a plate that we didn?t even want. They wanted us to bring the plate back when wewent home for the weekend because we live out of town about an hour away. We tried to explain with we were not going to eat thefood because nobody was planning on eating that kind of plate. This is a terrible way to treat customers, I wouldn?t recommendanyone eat there. We had a crowd of 20 people, I called at 5 pm and ordered 5 lbs of meat with all the fixings. They delivered it in under an... hour. Great service and the food was completely gone. Delicious!! We will be choosing this as our Mexican restaurant from nowon. Thank you again!! I'm gonna have to change my opinion we went to eat at the restaurant and my husband didn't get what heordered. He ordered tacos carnitas, chicken and Carne asada. What he got was chicken, babacoa, and ground beef. He said theywere the worst tacos he ever had and didn't even eat them all. What a let down. As a person how eats out 7days a week,, I've been to many Hispanic restaurants but all hands down this far my favorite. Food is... great, Service is excellent with not much of a wait time. I can pick something new to me from the menu and I'm neverdisappointed. The cook know by now I'm lactose intolerant so all the cheese come separate(what else can you ask for)A+ Read more
