Really disappointed with the service. We ordered our food at the drive thru, there was no one in the line behind us but we were... asked to pull around the other side because ?they didn?t want it to effect their service time?? the order came out incorrect andwith a very short attitude from the person who brought the food out. We are supposed to help you look good to head office but wedidn?t get what we asked for? very uncool. Read more

Your food is okay but whenever I get icecream it comes super melty and its been like thats for at least 3 years and today I got... a chocolate dipped cone and when it came, it was soup I got into the car and I took one bite and it started dripping everywhereand I live 2 minutes away and when i got home I had to put it in a cup and into the freezer and then i had to wait 2 HOURSbefore it was fully frozen! Saw a deal on line for a $6 meal deal. Burger. drink, fries and sundae. Drove drown and ordered it when I got to the window to... pay it as 2 cheese burgers. I told the gentleman I had ordered the $6 meal deal. He tells me it's $8. I said on line it says $6.He says it's $8 all over. He says show me. I have a flip phone so I head home and print it off the website and take it back toshow him. When he sees it his comment was must be old look a the cost of another item. I said it's on your website now. He saysit's $8 dollars. I just showed him and he is calling me a liar. I told him I would not be back and his response was "good havea nice day" I did not swear at him or yell but was poed and I will not be back to that establishment again. i don't want a freeburger or anything but teach your employees some manners. Upon getting our dipped cone and two blizzards, all three ice creams were dripping so bad they melting all over my leg and onto... my seat and my phone!!!! NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!! They were Not previously tipped upside down as usual, otherwise they would?vefallen out of the trays, due to being so melted.. it was awful!! How can you feel good about serving such horrible quality?? Ona hot day I can see this and after maybe 5 mins in my vehicle but this unacceptable!! I ended up having to throw my ice creamcone out as it was dripping excessively! I couldn?t eat it quick enough, what a disappointment!!
