The restaurant was immaculate and the washroom was clean and respectable which for restaurants in the area is a good thing. The... staff were considerate and friendly and the food was served in a timely manner hot and delicious. I would definitely be goingback again. Read more
Really great service. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of on both bordering streets. They seem to be really... busy here, but the store manager (different uniform) who was working the counter in the restaurant was attentive, friendly andreally engaging. I honestly don't have enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. Service is absolutely top notch! Our last server was... just phenomenal. My significant other had some nutritional restrictions and Lonnie made absolutely sure we were well taken careof. This place is cold, the large open area and high ceiling make a very chilly atmosphere. It's very loud in there. The service was... okay. The counter-girl was good, but the rest of the staff, meh. So so. The burgers, a C+. Weren't very warm, and sloppily puttogether. That along with not being able to get out of the actual parking lot and proceed North on Ouellette Avenue. That's thereason for the overall three stars. Not that I expect fast food to have exceptional service, but if you don't like your job ofsaying good morning, good afternoon, good evening, thank you, good bye..... Then get another job. If you just can't hack it inthe service industry flipping burgers properly, making sandwich that looks proper, then go find something you can do.
