I've been to this Tim's a few times always had a good experience until today. I ordered two white candy cane hot chocolates and... I was given regular. Listen and follow your orders properly and if you have something it's fine but tell your customers beforeyou give it o them. It's really not that hard. DO BETTER Read more
This has to be the worst Tim Horton's in the City. I had to stop going here even though it's on my direct route to work. NOT... once have they gotten my order right. Today I was running late so had no choice but to go to this location and I get to work tosip my coffee and eat my bagel and BOTH my coffee and bagel were wrong. I didn't even get the cream cheese I ordered. If I ownedthis location I would be investing in some new staff. Just anyone that could get a order correct. Read more
Thank goodness for the pleasant employees because they literally had almost no food available at 6pm on a Saturday. Almost no... donuts, 2 types of Timbits, absolutely no sandwich buns and so on. We had to completely improvise our whole order only to getoutside, try my coffee and find out that it tastes like water. So, thank goodness for the pleasant employees!! Read more
