I come here litterally everyday and have for months. I really wish I could rate higher because some people here are good.... However I get constantly ignored while taking my order and have for months, my drinks have been made wrong almost everyday formonths, I don't know who is training but they are doing it wrong. The workers you have at cash have poor communication skills,and they are being trained poorly. It's almost 2 years now I take a sip from my iced coffee and it always has no base until itry it and ask again even though i go out of my way to say NORMAL BASE now. I come here everyday and constantly have to dealwith nonsense regarding my food or drink being made wrong. Every. Day. Its driving me mad. There really isn't another closeoption for me. Read more

Will never come here again. They handed me my food in a crumpled up paper bag like it just came out of the garbage. It was done... on purpose because when I looked inside my hash brown was all crumpled as well! Hashbrown was clearly reheated in oil to warmit back up as it was excessively covered in oil. The older women working there was extremely rude to me. Coffee was wrong andthey didn?t sleve my coffee. I?m a paying customer and this is the service? I have a short lunch break and didn?t have time toargue this. I just won?t come here anymore. Period. Read more

Nov 13 at approx 130-2 I was in the tim Hortons the front counter man tall guy named James was excellent. The girls working... were huddled near drive thru hiding and didn?t seem like team players letting him handle the front alone. He handled front endwell for being by himself with no support from his coworkers! I go to this Tim Hortons often as it is on my way to work and waitlonger than I should because staff is hiding and not wanting to work. Good job James keep up the exceptional work ethic! Read more

Would not serve me because I did not have a motor vehicle. Spending the evening with my dying mother at the local hospital... around the corner. Great policies. Even better work to rule staff. Read more

Very unorganized establishment. I do not normally leave reviews but the below interaction has left me feeling quite... frustrated. Ordered two meals at the drive thru & verbally confirmed them. Got to the window & she had to reconfirm the orderdue to some confusion on their end which I did, but they only charged me 1 meal & provided 1 meal. I explained the missing items& while the drive thru worker was flustered, was pleasant. Easy fix, I asked to be charged for the second meal in anotherpayment & she did, then she asked me to pull forward & someone would run it out to our car, I requested a receipt to be broughtout as the totals of the two orders was much higher than usual. A different staff member ran the food out & practically threwthe food in our car. I stopped her & asked if there was a receipt and she said no, I requested one & she went back inside. Wewaited some time & she came back with the two receipts. At this point we had already looked through our bag & noticed that therewas a random extra sandwich but we were also missing a drink. We attempted to ask her a question but she tossed the receiptsinto our car and ran back into the building. I reviewed the receipts to see what we had exactly been charged for and it wasalmost $10 extra. While mistakes happen, we were thoroughly unimpressed with the worker Fatima & the unprofessionalism thatoccurred. I don?t pretend to understand how stressful working Tim Hortons can be but instead of just leaving, we went inside &had the entire order refunded & made new food. I brought it forward to the manager & while I appreciate that she refunded thefood, there was no explanation or excuse made for her employees behaviour. Efficient and fairly well run. Clean and quick. I ordered over the counter and the last working the register seemed to also be... the manager. She offered me the combo when she realized I was buying enough to save ordering it. She was welcoming and had myorder ready in minutes. Conveniently located too. The order was a bit of a mess in the bag, but I can live with it. Read more

I must say that the customer service at this location is on point. Even though I have some concerns about the flies and bees, I... have no concerns about the staff. The manager, Richard, he's awesome! Have you ever heard about first impressions? Well, when myfamily and I first moved to Windsor, we placed an order and it was incorrect. Richard was so gracious in the way he resolved it.He deserves to be recognized along with the staff. Because of the exceptional customer service I received, I prefer to purchaseat this particular location than anywhere else. P.S. Please do something about the flies and bees. Especially the flies. It'svery concerning when I see flies pitching on customers food. From my understanding, flies pitch on filthy things (even poop). Read more

You pay for whip cream and get a tiny bit and you ask for more and they squirt some on top and wipe it off right in front of you... face. smh. It used to be better here. Found a plastic cap in my drink which I could have choked on. Read more
