Please let's run this location as per TIM HORTONS Standards. We ordered over $15 and surprisingly missing half the drinks and... they sent me ICED CAPP without a legit STRAW. I am calling the store as a guest who didn't get her entire order and thesupervisor has arrogance and attitude. Melissa you need to know how to do your job professionally, and she tells me they havebeen out of straws since the evening. Like for real, this is something your ASSISTANT MANAGER AND RESTAURANT MANAGER would havefigured out and done the orders correctly and if not let's not serve drinks requiring straws!! The problem is you have nopatience to hear completely follow the correct guest recovery and apology is far beyond your list. You are there for a reasonwhich I believe you need to still develop. DO NOT HANG UP ON YOUR GUEST AFTER YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL ARROGANT RESPONSE. Truly yourstore could benefit from coaching these conversations atleast if these people are managing your evening operations. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there tonight OT was 1010 clearly states online different hours. Went to drive thru window... because they were open. And another customer had walked up just before. We asked if we could order and was motioned by theemployee as if he was driving a car. We said online states ur open til 11. He then walked up to the window looked at the four ofus and closed the window and proceeded to walk away. We were all shocked. How do u train ur employees. 800 Wyandotte is a terrible location, avoid it. The staff is rude, they are constantly advertising things they don't have on the... Tims app and you can't cancel your order. If the staff calls you they are snippy about not having advertised products stating"we're the smallest Tim Hortons in Windsor" which does not make you want to deal with this location. Sometimes they make thedelivery driver call you which is even worse customer service. I really don't know what happened to this location, it used to begood. It needs a staff overhaul and someone updating the app so it doesn't include products you never carry. Read more

Not too bad. They get our order wrong about 30% of the time. There is a few great employees, and there is some not do good... employees. Hopefully a little better staff managing is in the near future. The products are good as any other location. To theirdefense, this particularly store is located in a pretty bad area. Read more

They don't know how to do the order right no shot in coffee and the wrong donut after waiting 5 minutes and then going back to... get the right one dont not a good tims to go to !!! Read more

the service at this tim hortons is HORRIBLE it takes 10 minutes to get a croissant with butter. the girl making the food, is... slower then molasses and looks like she doesn?t even want to be there. and the doesn?t care about their customers unless yourdrive thru, if your in drive thru you get your food in a minute flat.something needs to be done about this restaurant the worstif it wasn?t for it being the only one on my way to work i would go there .. i had to ask a cashier to just give me my food andi would do it my self. I am actually pretty annoyed with this location. I placed an order via the app and this location was the store to service me. I... called the store multiple times after placing the order to ask for additional sauce (for the sandwich) and cream (for theicecap). There was no answer. The food arrived and there was barely any sauce on the sandwich, so it was very dry. I had alsoordered a chocolate hazelnut croissant and a donut. The croissant was also pretty dry and the donut was missing. I called thestore the following morning and the manager was very kind and quick to offer a replacement. I went to pick up the replacement, the person at drive-thru knew exactly who I was, so I appreciate the communication between employees. But unfortunately for me,when I got home and ready to eat my sandwich, instead of extra ranch sauce, there was extra honey mustard... (I specificallymentioned at the window to please make sure to put extra ranch this time). I didn't eat it. Customer service is fairly good. Iwould just suggest paying a little more attention to the customers. Read more
