Never had a problem ordering a coffee here they always get it right. However I would recommend people check the bags handed to... you at the drive thru window before driving off. This is the third time I ordered and was charged for food I did not receive. I called the Tim's and advised the person on the phone to have the staff to double check the order before handing it over. If Iwas ripped off so were others, I understand they are under time constraints but I paid for fries I did not receive. So nexttime I will take the extra minute to check before I drive off. And I would suggest others to do as well. Read more

A masterclass in courtesy and customer service, this one. Ordered my usual steeped tea at the drive through. Since the notations... about the sugar and milk on the lid were correct, I assumed it is the right drink and drove off. Turned out to be coffee sodrove back to exchange it, went through the drive through again. When I explained that I was given the wrong beverage and thatI'd like to EXCHANGE it, dude on the mic asks "when was this?". A perfectly reasonable question, I'm assuming this location hasa lot of customers wanting to exchange day old coffees hence that sounds perfectly reasonable to ask. Get to the window, ladysays it'll be a three minute wait. Fine. Hands the tea and goes "here you go". I work in retail so from force of habit I say"thank you", I take a sip to make sure it's actually tea and then drive off. To the manager of this location - a couple ofthings to kindly consider. 1. Errors happen, I work in retail and I make errors too. Perhaps the likelihood of errors might below if people were listening to what the order is rather than chatting amongst yourselves. 2. In retail/customer service jobs, the customer is NOT always right but in this case you clearly screwed up my order (I showed your staff the coffee I was given, they said they can't take it back). That doesn't make me mad, it happens. What's disappointing is that none of the staff evenapologized for getting the order wrong and for the inconvenience. "Here you go" is not an ideal response to someone you haveinconvenienced. Thank you for a patient read. Read more

I don?t normally write reviews but I thought it was appropriate on this first day Aug 24th of the implementation of the $0.10... cup charge which I do not have a problem with. I went through drive thru and ordered a Large tea and specifically ordered doublecup as their cups are too flimsy and too hot and watched the screen showing the $0.10 added for double cup. My sister wasdriving so when we pulled up to window, the tea was passed to her and put in cup holder and she also gave them a $0.90 tip. Igot all the way home to remove from the cup holder and there was no double cup that I basically just paid $1.00 for and gotnothing. If I had of been driving, I would have noticed right away but I was not. Tried to call them 5 times to let them knowthat their new system of charging for the 2nd cup isn?t working for the consumer if they don?t know how to read their screensbut they do not answer their phone. It just rings 20 times and then hangs up on you automatically. Customer service should be #1especially if you are now going to charge for it! Read more
