Carol and Rajat are the only good part about this place! They're always very friendly and kind! This place has the worst quality... I've ever seen, especially when they make their Iced Capps that are so blended they're basically liquid without any ice at all!Not to mention, the middle screen of the drive-thru menu is never working. Was at tims on front at 3pm Sunday May 15 and went through drive through and was shocked at how RUDE THE Girls in drive through... were. Wrong order given and basically said so what....no eye contact and just all around rude! ...We were the only ones in thedrive through at this time! so DISAPPOINTED ???? Read more
Food/Coffee was decent, however waited over 15 mins in drive thru. This location is always extremely slow in the later... afternoon!! Customer service could be better considering the wait... even a sorry for the wait would have been appreciated. Read more
This is the only Tim Horton's I know of that refuses to give you a double cup even though they have a double cup button. Makes a... lot of sense... I order a black coffee and the sleeve they offer doesn't stay on and it's too small for my hands. Having adouble cup on a coffee secures it better and it's not overly hot when holding a black coffee. I'm about halfway between thislocation and the Ojibway location so I've since stopped going to the Front road location. Read more
visiting Windsor and stopped in for a tea. The washroom was filthy and stank like urine. No reason it is not kept to a minimum... standard. Definitely a potential health issue here. Read more
