i order my food like normal ready to have a nice sandwich and there was hair in my food, not just one hair either?. no, i picked... out at least 3 pieces of hair out of my BLT sandwich. i couldn?t even eat it i was disgusted. the hair was grey as well soobviously some old lady had made my sandwhich. Food preparation is great and tasteful accurate is mostly wrong at times they need to have better communication And not make it... so loud in there when you are trying to talk the tellers cannot hear you when you are talking and you have to repeat yourselfseveral times because of all the noise and beeping sounds it is way too loud it should be a speaker system between customer andcashier where the cashier can hear and microphone it will be much better we've been coming here for many years older and coffeetea food soups especially their soup their chicken noodle soup is excellent garden vegetable sandwich is really good my husbandand daughter always get breakfast sandwiches my dog texts like that sausage and cheese sandwich he gets his special treat ifit's a great location they just need to be more communication and not so loud to hear what the customer is asking Read more

I come here often and the last 3 times I've gotten old hashbrowns that have been sitting all day and are rock solid. Y'all are... getting paid to do a job!!! START DOING IT. Not great the lady was not sure how to use my card I had won and her manager kept trying to talk to her about dishes while I was... trying to order which I think threw her off and I she didn't click my card right or something so I didn't get any points or rollups on a good size order. Then I told customer service and they said sorry can't help so yea not thrilled with this place. Read more

The manager that was working today Nov 27 2022 is very incompetent. Doesn't take the job seriously. I had to go in twice to get... them to give me the correct order. Shouldn't be this hard as the place was not busy and more than enough workers, who has alaissez faire work habits. Today was the 4th time they got my order wrong. Bad customer service constantly.
