What a nightmare. There?s literally 10 tables in there, 3 were occupied. Went there on a Wednesday and it was horrible. Waitress... was more concerned about flirting with tables than serving tables. Food (mozzarella sticks and a burger), took over 45 mins. Ihad to go up to the bar after a 15 minute wait to ask her if maybe I could get my drink. I don?t usually write reviews, but thisplace ruined my night. I would never go here again, and I actually love divey pubs, just not when the service is absolutegarbage. I can say with 100% certainty that I could?ve stepped in and done a better job serving this place, and I haven?t workedin the industry for 20 years.. I was incredibly surprised by the food quality. Christian was a great host that goes out off the way to take care his guests. ... They have typical pub food but also have salads and to my jaw dropping suprise awesome steak and vegiies on Friday and Saturdaynights. Still the 3rd best tasting steak I've had. Well worth a stop if you are near downtown Windsor. We stopped in lookingfor the Michigan vs Michigan State game and found a gem. Read more

If 10 stars were possible, The Dugout Sports Lounge would get them all! It was our first time in Windsor and how fortunate that... we found this place. The food was delicious, the beer was extra cold, and the patrons made us feel like we were one of them.Christian, the owner, is the quintessential host. He does it all beside cook the food, it seems. He is humorous, friendly,welcoming, positive, and uplifting. He runs a very clean establishment and makes sure that his guests are happy, included, andwell taken care of. This place was great from the food to the atmosphere! We came across this place, because it was near our hotel and it did not... disappoint! Our first time to Windsor, to see a show at the casino...It happened to be the opening day of the NFL season...we stumbled... across the Dugout. We just wanted a bite before the show...We stopped in, and enjoyed an afternoon of "girthy" wings that werefantastic, a couple of beers, and an inviting atmosphere that was second to none!!! Football was on every screen in the bar...We didn't want to leave, but we had tickets for Alice Cooper, otherwise, we could have stayed all night! My wife and I went out for drinks and a bite to eat. We waited a short time for our food before we noticed there was only one... person serving the busy restaurant. Our food was delicious! The mushrooms were amazing, the chicken club was to die for, friesand gravy a must and the nachos were good. Christian, the owner, was the one serving everyone and was absolutely personable andvery kind. He explained he was short staffed when we asked if he was the only one serving. His humorous approach to asking whatwe wanted and if we would like more drinks was definitely smile worthy. Needless to say our experience was wonderful. I would100% reccomend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy some sports and have a few drinks with some good food andgreat service. We will definitely be back! Read more
