When they started out-they were very generous with their portions. I understand everything is more expensive these days, but the... kibbeh I bought today was 1/3 the size of what I used to buy. Extremely disappointing as one the reasons I love Lebaneserestaurants is they offer quality food with large portions. ***thank you for responding to my review-as a customer I expectprices to raise and am happy to pay more if that means I get the amount of food I was expecting. Horrible customer service. We ordered a mixed plate and when we got home, the chicken was completely RAW. I almost fed our... toddler this and luckily we saw it before we did. Drove all the way back to the store and the person up in the front (probablythe owner ) took my bag and threw it in the garbage without investigating it. They proceeded to make a order without any apologyor saying anything to me. I just asked for my refund as we no longer had the appetite for their food. He handed me a $20 andtold me to leave. If you love grilled kababs, ribs, BBQ try them. I hope they maintain the standards, the second and third time i went there to... oder something from the menu which was not available both the times. Please don’t order from here. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted a spicy chicken burger no tomatoes, I repeated that... order 3 times. when I showed up to the store, I told the lady the name of the order and she was being very difficult. After Ireceived the food I checked it, and they made me a chicken wrap with extra tomato’s, I told them that this was wrong and thatI repeated my order 3 times on the phone but they didn’t care. The food was all bread and veggies the chicken wasn’t cookedproperly and it didn’t taste good at all. Please save your money and avoid this place! Read more
