Lettuce is awful! Management needs to look what they are serving
One of the best local taco bells, great customer service and the food is for the most part always correct and taste good.
This afternoon I was greeted by Carol at the #906901 store in Devonshire. She helped me with my order and was very knowledgeable... when I asked my questions. She assisted the company with good marketing skills on their promotion on their receipt. Over all agreat friendly experience and she was very lovely to talk to. Thank you Carol keep being awesome!!!! Always was and always will be one of my favorite fast food joints. But the soft drinks suck thats why I cant give them a five... star but other than that this place is alright. So if tacos and things similar to ot are your thing then i would advise you togo if not there are other selections close bye happy shopping. #dont_eat_what_you_dont_like???????????? Read more
It was the most disgusting experience that I had at this location including the service of manager . She was the rudest person... that I have ever dealt with, carries no core value of customer service and absolutely no professionalism. My daughter was servedwith beef while we asked for beans. Taco bell & the manager was involved in the violation of our religious practice andpotentially health issues. She talked to me with great disrespect, arrogance and exhibited this behavior because of my place oforigin. She was the worst person as part of management team that I have ever had any experienced with. She did not take thismatter seriously rather exhibited a very rude and arrogant behavior. If people like her work for Taco Bell, I will never visitany Taco Bell in my life. She provided me with a wrong number to talk to senior management intentionally so that I can not file a complaint. It's my first time to taco bell and i loved it. I had 2 beef chalupas with hot sauce. Maybe the amount of meat was relatively... lesser than the rest but i really savoured it. Will come back for the other dishes. Yum. Read more
