This review is not about their food, which was okay, but they need to fill their tacos with ingredients (eg. beef, cheese, and... lettuce) because sometimes they are only half full. It is about the massive pothole in their driveway that they need to repairASAP!! Just after you turn in off of Dougall Ave. it is right there as you drive towards their drive through. My car hit itpretty hard two nights ago, as did the car right behind me (and I'm sure many cars do)!! I mentioned it to their manager as Iwent through the drive through. These large potholes can do extensive and costly damage to your car (like $ 1,000 +), and Iwill have my mechanic check my vehicle over, and if there is damage, I will pursue a claim against them. This Taco Bell does afantastic business (thanks to our patronage) and the least they can do is maintain their driveway and parking lot so that it issafe for us to use!! Read more
I wish you could do zero stars. I know taco bell isn't supposed to be anything special but this was next level disappointment.... Order no tomato and they assume that means just sauce for some reason no meat no cheese one shred of lettuce and so soggy itcollapsed in my hands. There was nothing crunchy about this crunch wrap. Fries supreme nasty and old even the Cinnabon delightsthat are usually amazing were stale and definitely old. Read more
Usally one of the cleaner fast food places I go to. People always nice to me. They were running low on people during a busy time... because manager was in lobby training someone I feel there should of been extra staff to help out. But food was good. Read more
Their phone ?wasn?t accepting calls? for 10 minutes and they sent out my order wrong through uber eats. They did nothing to help... except telling me to refund my food. The lady tried getting sassy with me saying the phone didn?t go off - as if that?s not whatI was trying to tell them. Horrible customer service.
