Worst location ever staff very rude and even they make any product like customer demands for veggie sub theu make that product... too fast and not ask from customer that which things cutomer like for the veggie sub. I stood for food for over 15 minutes. I left. They were doing online orders instead of walk ins. I have never left waiting that... long for food. Terribly slow service. Wish I could give 0 stars. Read more

The worst sub I ever had. The sub was also missing chicken in a chicken sub. I wish I'd never buy here again. I would suggest... the same. The sub was over toasted and it's came off like crumbs when I opened the wrap. Read more
I went to this Subway in Windsor,Ontario(university location)and one of the subs we received was a health hazard? We were given... a sub with raw, mushy bread and they did not add all the proper toppings to add injury to insult. We even tried to air fry thesub to compensate the mushiness, and to no avail after baking at 400 degree f for 10 minutes, it was still mushy. The onlylogical reason for the bread to be mushy and inedible is that we were served raw bread. The texture of the bread in my mouth iscomparable to the feeling of touching the waste from the sink-garbage disposal The bread was so mushy that the wrapped paper isinfused with the sub and I ended up eating paper. I felt sick and disgusted, I even puked from this experience. What a way tospend a casual night, hunched over a toilet from subway. I am extremely disappointed and sad, especially that I spent the littlemoney I had to be more famished from eating. I even reached out to Subway Corp for twitter, Instagram and their windsorlocation email and they told me to kick rocks. No sympathy and empathy from them. Terrible place. Read more
This subway....has good workers. Usually fast, courteous service. Today when i went...i assume he was the owner, came in and... started speaking his language to an employee. Then turns to the next employee and starts questioning her in english...i do notwork there. I should not have to hear you reprimand an employee. Very unprofessional. I am a delivery driver. And whoever the store owner is insulted me very badly. More importantly, he just made false accusation... on my identity. Even if I was leaving the store he just kept shouting to leave the store. I don't know what is wrong with him.Also, I really think this should not happen, when I was showing him an order in my mobile, he just literally grabbed my hand.Instead he can ask me if he has any problem with it. If I wish, I could have made the complaint against him. How dare he cantouch me! Please guys be aware of the restaurant owner. Thanks! One more thing, he asked me not to come again on his store,just to clarify the sub owner.. "Neither I am going to this store even if I am starving and it's the last restaurant open inthis city, nor for any of the food deliveries." I am not intrested in going to this store. Not at all!
