I'm literally so sick of this subway. Everytime I get home to eat my sub I'm more disappointed than the last time . The workers... don't take any pride in there work or want to be there in the first place. Everytime I order the steak and swiss they barelygive me any meat. I just orderded the Canadian club there's barely any meat and I'm not even sure he put cheese on it, it's likelettuce and bread. Hire workers who actually WANT to be there. I won't be back to this subway. Disappointed. Read more

So i went their yesterday friday april 22 at 930 pm all lights were off a lil confused as it says on the website your open... till ten anyways i walked up to door to see times and it says ur open till 10 so i walked into the store and your employee sayswe are closed so my guess is he just didn't want to make my families order i will never go back that was just plain rude.. I don't know if they deserve 0/10 maybe -100 will be better. No customer service, attitude, rude and cheap as hell. The... dressing part is the worst , I felt like the guy making the sandwich was putting samples of vegetables in a piece of bread andwhen I ask him to put more vegetables (not meattttt) he looked at me like I was asking him to kill someone then he actuallyadded three pieces of lettuce like bro are you serious. If I could give them a -10 I would! Worst customer service EVER! Ordered pick up on their app for my daughter. She went in to... pick it up and it wasn't on the shelf. They said a Skip the dishes driver came in and took it. I went in when my daughter cameout to get me and the one girl there was EXTREMELY rude! She told me Skip the dishes driver came to get it. I said where arethey taking it to I didn't put in my address. I had to argue with them to make me another one. She had to call her manager andask. Also continued to be rude! I told her she was rude she said my daughter raised her voice at her. I said well what do youwant her to do when you've been so rude to her and regardless of what she's said. You don't treat a customer that way! Then shecalled my daughter a boy and when I told her she was a girl her answer was I couldn't tell. I was disgusted. The manager treated me so poorly. Tried to give me a ripped bun, then got upset because I asked for ham that wasn?t all marked... up. He pulled the ham off the sub, threw it back under the glass on the piles of meat and walked away letting someone else helpme. He had his AirPods in the whole time and was talking to someone on his phone. He was rude, loud and sarcastic with me. WhenI spoke to the owner, he made excuses for this employee. This guy should not be in a leadership role of manager or in customerservice at all for that matter. Zero stars and we will never go back. Read more
