I called woman working this morning (Amal) to place a phone order and things went downhill from there, I told her I wanted 3 egg... n cheese on flatbread, toasted, everything on them except 1 sub no cheese, the woman then asked for sauce I said Southwest andthen hung up on me?when I arrived I told her I wanted to ask about something else and she didn?t give me a chance, she didn?tapologize or anything, I noticed the subs didn?t have the southwest sauce I ordered, that?s when things went sideways, she saidI didn?t order the sauce ??? Neither were they toasted, I asked for water but she didn?t have any lids for them, they all fellin my car making a mess on my mats, I was not pleased. I told her the customer was always right and she went to a differentlevel, she then went on to say that customers place large orders then don?t come to pickup, ?we?re they right?, I said If youdon?t like it, close the shop and do something else?this woman should not be in customer service, clearly she?s jaded. Cheap,Cheap,Cheap?. I eat subway on a regular basis and I?ve rarely come across a subway franchisee as cheap this one. If you... order the steak sub, expect to get about half the meat of what is normally given at the other locations. Read more
Go to a different subway, they cheap out on vegetable toppings when they are free. I've been here a few times and all staff seem... to do this so I'm assuming the managment team have taught them to do it that way. Take an extra 5 minutes and go elsewhere. Read more
