Horrible experience. The waitress was not nice at all. We ordered breakfast and my potatoes tasted rotten; not even sure how... that?s possible. I almost got sick. They have signs all over the place that feel off putting as well. ?Don?t ask for a coffeerefill unless cups empty, it?s expensive? and ?don?t steal me, I saw you? are some examples. I thought it was ratherunprofessional. Place did not feel clean either. Both my & my friends cups were dirty. Our water had something floating init. Must have new owners. The older waitress we had was super rude for no reason at all and complained to use that she had to make... our coffee. The young lady who took our order was nice enough. However when our food came the chicken was RAW, our rude waitresswas just sitting there did not say a word, the cook said he made both chicken wraps at the same time. One of the BEST places in Windsor! The food is home cooked and always quality. You CAN NOT beat the value; they have the most... reasonable prices anywhere. The first order I placed off of skip, everything was great. I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were, so I was... pleasantly surprised at how good the food was for the price. I have now ordered about 5 or 6 times, and I can honestly say itwent further downhill with each order, until today, where I am officially done giving them second chances. Today tops the cake. See my pictures. There was some sort of white glue like substance all in my home fries! I could not remove the home friesfrom the paper wrapping underneath as it was hard as a rock stuck together and to the paper. I was missing one piece of bacon(should have got 4 as per usual, and I got 3). I asked for the bacon well done, and it was cold and limp. I asked for browntoast and I got white toast burnt. I could not eat anything other than my 3 measly pieces of bacon. Another meal in the orderwas very cold and the potatoes were mushy. She asked for white toast well done, and got brown toast burnt. She asked for baconwell done and got limp cold bacon as well. We asked for 3 sets of plastic cutlery (one set per order) and we got nothing. Nonapkins either. And we asked for jam and ketchup, and we got 2 pack of each (for 3 meals). I tried calling the restaurantrepeatedly and it goes to an answering machine that is not set up to say anything other than "Hello, we are not availablenow". Pervious orders we had similar toast issues as listed above, and missing meat. I called the restaurant before and theowner was nice about it and said next order he would take care of it, however I did not feel the need to take him up on that. Just wanted to bring the problem to their attention as it seemed to be an inattentive staff problem. I think the price is very reasonable. It's hard to find this great price after pandemic. It's a cute little dinner that is cozy.... The steak was good, but the hashbrown was not good and very greasy. I don't drink any coffee due to caffeine intolerance, butthe owner (wife) just poured the coffee directly to my cup without even asking me. The attitude of the owner was cold. Maybe shehad a bad day. Then I went ahead and ordered a tea. I somehow ended up paying $25, and I am not sure how it would end up thatprice considering I only order a steak dinner ($14.99) and a tea ($1.5-2?). I didn't question the owner because I was hurriedgoing somewhere. I guess the unwanted coffee was included in my bill. Read more
