Love LOVE this place! We went on Thursday for appetizers and bubbly (delicious Cava, that happened to be 1/2 off on... Thursday’s!!), everything was fantastic! The bruschetta was served on very thinly sliced potatoes vs bread…. Which wasabsolutely amazing!!! I can’t stress enough how beautiful this place is!! Very cool vibe! Been meaning to come here for a date night and I'm very glad I did. I had the passionfruit sour and it was amazing. The menu... said flaming cinnamon and my drink had cinnamon sticks that was lit on fire! Pretty awesome. Service was also great! We hadseveral servers came by and made sure we were taken care of. 100% would recommend this place. Read more

All the dishes here were quite unique and very good. A lot of interesting cocktails to choose from as well. Would highly... recommend coming here if you are interested in small plates and a wide variety of foods. Will be back here for sure! Read more
10 stars for cuisine!!! The food here is really great. Stuffed dates are tasty and creative (a must try), lamb lollipops were... nicely done, croquettes were soft and flavourful inside, perfect crunch on outside. We ordered a number of items, all delicious!The atmosphere here is really fun, and the bathrooms are cute and clean. Craft cocktails - fantastic. We will be back for thefood for sure. I give 3 stars because we have been twice and both times the service was waaay too slow... waited 40++ min fordrink orders which was super disappointing. Food came before drinks and ordering a second round was equally painful. Hopefullythey can work that out and I will happily update this review. I've been to salute before and had a good experience then, but this time was different. Underwhelming vibe from the staff. I... purchased the Beef short rib (about $45) and It came out cold in the middle. This sort of dish is basically inedible when cold.We took a few bites of the warmer side on the outside because we were hungry, then left quite sad. The dish being cold in themiddle (yet cooked normally) leads me to believe that they were reheating the meat (probably in a microwave) At this price pointof around $45 for a small plate, this is simply inappropriate. I trusted Salute because they seemed professional and expensive.They might charge a lot for their food. But the practises and standards employed are simply subpar. Not everything that shinesis gold.
