Went in to order the food and waited for 5 minutes. No customer prior to us in line but the stupid guy was so busy into his... stuff that he didn't even greet us. Also, few days ago when we visited once the quantity provided was also much lesser comparedto other quesada. I have been a regular customer in this location specifically for a couple of years! Was always happy with the service and... cleanliness. However, the past couple of months it started taking more than an hour to get a burrito or a bowl and not once ortwice it became a regular thing for this place. As much as I liked this place it has become a huge disappointment with the waittimes. I really wish they fix it and get old staff back or train their new staff better otherwise they will lose regulars. Read more
Ran out of nachos so they substituted with brownies? No phone call to notify, just an email sent after the driver was already in... transit. Food arrived with no drink included, although it was paid for. Why anyone would sub a dessert for a nacho order and noteven bother to confirm with the customer is beyond me. Really fantastic restaurant. It's probably the first place that I've been to that, in the future, I won't order the largest size... of burrito... The portion sizes are huge (attached picture is their largest size, card for scale)!! The ingredients all tastedfresh, and some interesting toppings were available, like pickled onions. Worst burrito ever. I ordered a burrito for pick up and whatever was given to me was not right. It tasted completely wrong. It... wasn't made properly, all the ingredients were on 1 side while all of the sauce were on the other side. There was a massivechunk of red onion that wasn't even properly sliced inside of it. And it wasn't even rolled right, it was square shaped. Ittasted like complete garbage I could not even eat it. I spent $15 dollars for the worst meal ever that I could not even eat,complete waste of money. Teach those who are going to be working at your restaurants how to create a proper burrito. Read more
