the place needs some serious makeover. lights and washrooms should be bright and clean and accessible. Replying to the owner... below, if you call that renovation then you might want to go see the chinese restaurant just across the road, they have theirseating area well organised without renovation. you dont have public washroom whereas the one for employees in the basement isalso inhumane. and yes the lights in the restaurants are not enough at all or you might just keep them off to avoid electricitybills.
