Do not do the survey online because its a scam. They say you get 1 piece of chicken and a biscuit if you do the survey. It does... not say what piece of chicken. I'm going to let you know right now that it is a leg only. It did not say that on their promo.Its very misleading. They wanted to charge me another $1 to have a thigh that is also dark meat. I used to go every Tuesday for 2 orders of daily special. I asked for all legs, but the staffs said I can't have all legs... anymore, so I go to somewhere I can get what I want. You guys didn't do anything wrong but just to let you know Popeye is notthe only place people can go. Read more

Don't bother ordering on the app as you will have to wait 10-15 minutes anyway. We keep trying this location thinking that it... will get better but we will never go back after this last order. The chicken was terrible, the oil in the fryer was old anddirty and made the chicken taste like rotten shrimp. The fries were so overcooked that they tasted like cardboard. The quality of the food has gone down and I have been noticing the difference in the food and it's quality from last 6... months. If you order Chicken tenders you will get tenders but with really less chicken and more coating and when u order the 4pcs chicken its either too oily or not cooked properly or Just alot of coating with no chicken. I like Popeye's! The food is always good but it seems you are always waiting for something. My favorite question from the server... is, "we are short two spicy strips, would you like to replace them with regular strips?" No thank you, I'll take what I ordered.This isn't the servers fault of course, she is just doing her job. The managers need to pay more attention to quantities thatare ready, specially during lunch and supper rush. I know this is my first review, and I would have rather said or mentionedsomething else, but it is something that just got to me.
