Horrible, horrible..placed an order at 12:41 am, was guaranteed delivery by 1:31 am, called at 1:45 am was.told they attempted... delivery, and then was told they called to tell me that they were out of donair meat..no one called.or showed up....will neverorder from here again. I love Pizza Pizza and this is the lowest rating I have ever given. Took almost 2 hours, requested well done and it definitely... wasn't. When called they refused help me because apparently he couldn't understand my accent, I'm Canadian born n raised?!? Read more
Picked up twice. Service was fast and decent. The staff was nice and friendly. Wasn't too busy.
I places the regular pizza and they made thin crust pizza. When I complained on phone they said you will be delivered the same... pizza. I waited for 75 minutes then I called back . They said " the supervisor in call center Nora and DSM of store took thedecision and canceled the order ." They never asked me about my complained or called me back to inform me that my order wascanceled. That store is in critical condition. They can't use broken oven but still they don't care. Pizza Pizza has really upped it's game lately. We didn't order for about 5 years because quality was seriously lacking. There's... so much more to choose from now and ingredient quality seemed to have improved. We were impressed with our recent order and willorder again soon. Read more
BEWARE!!! Roaches infestation!!! This location is messed up. Cockroaches roaming over the food. See for yourself.(images... attached). When notified to onsite person. He threw the food and cockroach moved to another pizza.. lol This is the last time Iever step into any pizza pizza location. Moreover, the guy making pizza not wearing mask nor gloves. I would give it a zero. They say they changed mgmt.its worst.!! Run by youngsters.. the dont use gloves.they touch by hand. Cash... register and back to making your pizza. The guy sneezed in his hands and back at food prep. Disgusting !! Read more
