Poor in quality of food. Not sure who answered the phone but kindly learn how to be polite nd professional. There's only one or... two ppl working inside at all time including rush. Nd not only the sauce even wings taste like PIZZA PIZZA. Read more
Edit: I am a real customer…I’m not after your business like the other person you claim. I happen to think their comment... about the sauce tasting like pizza pizza to be fairly accurate. I’m literally just some random customer that decided to orderyour food through SkipTheDishes so my mom didn’t have to make dinner today. And everything had to been thrown away because itwas disgusted and not cooked properly. I’m not a hater I just didn’t like your food. You shouldn’t say “fumf” tocustomers that are unsatisfied with your food. Grow up and learn how to make some real, good-tasting food. Have nice day :) Iordered the family dinner for 4 with chicken parm and penne through SkipTheDishes. It was honestly some of the worst Italianfood I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had better pasta in a frozen dinner. The chicken was weird and dry and thin and when I first cutinto it I honestly thought they gave veal by mistake. The rice balls I don’t even know how to describe like the flavour wasbad and it was mushy and falling apart. Garlic bread was very hard on the bottom so we couldn’t eat it. The pasta wasovercooked and the marinara sauce doesn’t taste good. It honestly does taste similar to pizza pizza sauce not gonna lie. Ontop of that they didn’t even give us the proper drinks we ordered. I decided to read the reviews and I’m surprised there’seven any good comments. I hate to leave a bad review and would normally just take a loss but it was just very gross and I spentgood money on this meal so it’s a shame. Also I think it’s extremely embarrassing for owners to even reply to a comment insuch a manner regardless of the situation, it just makes the business seem foolish and unprofessional and well the food is trashanyway so not sure how you’re even in business. We had to throw it all away because it was that disgusting. Waste of $100. I usually don't write reviews as I eat-in, I decided to order from here after doordash kept recommending them. First thing to... say, I thought the panzerotti was gonna be small and not worth its price, but it was 110% worth it. It was big and delicious,everything tasted fresh and the butter brushed on top made it to die for. I also got the deep fried pickles and jalapenopoppers, they were to die for. I have to say this place has the best jalapeno poppers in Windsor, they are so unique for allother restaurants and I wish I ordered more! Great place to order from, will order again soon! Read more
