Although my order arrived within 38 minutes, it tasted like it had sat for hours. I used to work at naples for years and I have... never been so dissatisfied. The garlic bread was tough, very hard. The pizza was not that good either, and my mozzarella stickswere soggy. I do not live far from the pizza place so there is no reason it should've been like this. Read more

The best pizza in Windsor, bar none. The pizzas aren't anything fancy?you won't find arugula and goat cheese pizzas?but they... absolutely nail the basics. Also, free delivery! This location in particular (Malden Road in LaSalle) has better pizza than theother locations around Windsor/Essex County. Not sure why, as they all share the same supplier for ingredients. The owners arefriendly and personable; regulars are greeted with a friendly smile and by their first name. Read more
I called to inquire about gluten free pizzas for people with Celiac disease, and I was not disappointed. I spoke with Derek who... was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed and greatly appreciated the time he took to answer my questions andconcerns. The gf pizza I got was delicious and fairly priced; no issues after eating it either :). The pizza is very good, they read the order ticket and certainly deliver what you asked for... in my case, thin crust extremely... well done, 3 stars for that detail!!!!! But man the price... $34 for a pizza? Ya no... very good pie but there not paying thefranchise fees we are obviously..... so I'm out on naples Read more
As a customer since moving to LaSalle 6 years ago I will never be ordering from here again over customer service etiquette.
