Hadn't been here in quite awhile, had a great experience today. In the past, the attitudes of a number of employees (including... one particular manager) left a bit to be desired. Window #1 was "KRISTEN" and she was great - pleasant and efficient, awesomesmile - a real sweetheart! I didn't catch the name of the girl at Window #2, but she was just as great to deal with - greatattitude, awesome smile too, totally efficient. The manager (didn't catch his name either) had to do an override for somethingin my order, he was right on it, no delay, no issues.....assuming it's HIS directions and training to this crew that makes themeasy to deal with. I just witnessed the manager refuse to give a Skip Driver an order unless she provided her personal information, which based on... the Privacy Act is Illegal and while she was standing there, he accused her of trying to take it [which she didn't I saw]. She's just trying to do her job, the guy was a bully. #McDonalds #Bully #YQG Read more
Ordered simple breakfast and coffee. Waited over 20 minutes while they served every single other customer that came in after me.... Then was accused of lying when I questioned the wait time. Was told it was just 7 minutes. Either the staff doesn?t know how totell time, or they are terrible at their job. Read more
