It took almost 10 minutes to get my drink and sandwich, at almost midnight. Someone was too busy chatting with his buddy's in... the car in front of us to get their order ready. I had to shut my van off to avoid wasting gas, then the guy behind me did thesame. Then, when i get my filet o fish, it's chewy and i could tell it had been refried or had sat around awhile. Not impressedbecause this store is usually pretty decent during dinner time. The manager and I spoke the next day and he took care of me forthe time wasted and the food not being made fresh. The employees were helpful. The food was good, and the playland was open. Those are the two stars. When it comes to drive thru ordering and paying cash, no problem. But mobile ordering and picking up via drive thru is a real... hassle. There were so many instances where my order gave them communication errors and that I still have to pay there. This iscoupled by another communication error when paying there by credit card. So I had to pay in cash. The app still hasn't beenperfected yet as this happens so often. At this day and age, I think I have to give up on this app. Read more
