I have ordered from here twice now?..first time was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery. I had to call after waiting an... hour?.pizza was delivered after 1 hour and 20 minutes..I was not impressed. So I ordered again tonight ?thought I would givethem a try since they got rid of Uber eats.I mean that could have been the problem the first time.I was told again it would be45 minutes?so I explained what happened the first time I ordered and he assured me 45 minutes.This time it took an hour and 30minutes?.we?ll all I will say now they will never get my business again!!!! fries were gross tasted like they were re fried but everything else was amazing.

Used to be a big supporter of Marco's Original Pizzeria, from back when they had their restaurant on Tecumseh Rd to now inside... the Riverside Legion. Whenever we place orders and are given a time frame, we show up at the time (usually later knowing what toexpect) and still have to wait 10/15 + minutes. Which is very frustrating that it happens over and over but I never saidanything. Well, tonight, I called to see if they have any specials on today and was told X amount of prices for items. Such as$17 for a large pizza, they had a wing special and their chicken parms were $11. Side note; the person I was talking to askedMarco what the specials were because he didn't know (and I heard what he said) the kid was also rude and very dismissive.Anywho, we figured out what we were ordering and called back to place our order anyway. Our total came to over 20+ dollars overwhat we figured it out to be via prices we were given and prices on their menu. I thought oh maybe they didn't punch in thespecials while giving me the total quickly on the phone. So at pick up we mentioned it and were treated poorly and basicallycalled liars about prices we said we were given, that he was the one that talked to her on the phone. Marco came out himself andwas ignorant and itemized everything, which each item was a few dollars + more than what we were told on the phone. Instead ofarguing anymore at we laid and left (kids were hungry!) I called to speak to Marco and said I was calling about the discrepancyand he was again rude, again dismissive and seemed to not care what I had to say. He said his base pizza is $17 plus $1 pertopping (we had 2 and I rounded to $20 when estimating price), they didn't have a wing special and the parms were on for 2/$28.I told him he should let his employees know to give correct prices to people on the phone and we have been long time customersand to treat their customers better. This is an Italian gem. Comparable with the best Italian in the city like Nico's. Better than most Italian restaurants that have... a big storefront and advertising. Better than Spago's! Now a regular recommendation to friends and family. Read more

Ordered 3 hours ahead and it was still 25 mins late. Our pepperoni was burnt and wings were cold .

I had every intention of writing a horrible review. We pre-ordered the Mother's Day Special and went to go pick it up only to... wait 1 HOUR to actually get it (as were MANY others). We were infuriated by the time we actually got our food but the food wasdelicious! I can't even write a bad review because the food was so good. We ordered pasta, salad, bread, veal parm and batteredfish. Everyone at the table was raving about how good everything was and how we would order again... but order for a muchearlier time.
