Went to Mamo Burger after reading a review about them making top 10 places globally and wanted to try it with my family!! It was... honestly THE WORST restuaraunt experience I've ever had. 4 tables who placed their orders after ours received their food first. When we did finally get our food they didn't make it right, so after over an hour of waiting for food: I had to wait again. Onewaitress apologized and said it would be complimentary. About 5 minutes later someone else came by to say we don't offerdiscounts. By the time I received what I actually ordered everyone I was with was done eating. At this point I had 0 desire toeven eat and wanted to leave. When I receievd the bill they tried to make me pay full price , I told the waitress to remove theburger as I didn't eat it and just charge me for my salad and drink; she then threatened to call the cops. I really wish thecustomer service was better at this establishment. I understand places get busy and that's okay but how they chose to go aboutthis experience was awful. At this point I don't think I even want to try Mamo Burger if that's how customers get treated. Read more
Definitely one of the best burgers I had since moving to Windsor, it did not disappoint. Not really a fan of gravy with fries, I... decided to give it a try, still failed to change my opinion. The only thing about this burger was it being too greasy with theamount of cheese used. Outside of that fact, everything else was great. Tried the Birria burger of the month... it was super good. Nice onion rings as the side too.
Best Turkey BLT ever!! birria was Great, cheese sandwich for daughter was fully eaten. All very good with very attentive... service. I would highly recommend this place. The freshness of the meat is second to nobody else in town. Read more
