Macro foods has provided the main meals for my brother who lives alone and doesn't drive. Not the best cook, his meals were... not the most nutritious. The meals are well balanced and there is a good variety for him to choose from. I don't think he'llever cook again. I will pick up about 12 frozen meals at a time, he just reaches into the freezer to choose one and has notbeen disappointed with any of the choices and the amounts are generous. Read more
My husband and I and even our 23 year old son love the Macro Foods meals. They have changed our lives! In April of this year... my husband experienced a cardiac issues and required a double bypass. Needless to say we knew we had to change how and what weate so that we both could lose weight and reduce our intake. In comes Macro Foods... a friend recommended we try them....and wedid! We first tried a sample pack and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then went to the store in Tecumseh to explore newvarieties. The quality of each of the meals is outstanding..restaurant quality for sure...portions are great....and so easy toheat up! Our results were favourable, we both have lost weight and feel great!
