Be very careful with this location and don't get anything delivered, they charged for 2 what they consider specialty pizzas but... sent 2 over 2hr old hot and ready pizzas with toppings put on approx 3 slices, they were not come into the cheese the meat isold and I've taken numerous photos of the pizza and QR CODE, asking with the employee name and will be sending it to their headoffice, not only have I wasted money and food I are 2 pieces and I now have good poisoning due to old ingredients and expiredpizza and bread sticks. For what you pay, you can't beat a deep dish. Service at this location is usually always great and the food is good. Never had... any issues. Just be prepared to wait if they are busy. However they give you a pager so you can wait in your car. Read more
Decided to fall off the wagon today and leave the diet behind! Had an AMAZING interaction with the manager "SASHA" - called in... to inquire about something, so cheerful, pleasant and business-like on the phone. I mentioned my mobility issues, told me nosweat, she'd bring it out with the portable debit machine......SOLD!! Order was ready when stated, she came right out, was justthe same in person.....IMO while I have dealt with great folks like her, there are still SO MANY retail outlets of all genres inthis city that could use (and SHOULD find) an awesome lady like this - she needs to go into business for herself mentoring andteaching EXCELLENT customer service!!!
