Ice cream is good , but not the greatest service .. I've been here 4 times now & all 4 times it took awhile for it to be made n... only 2/4 times there were people in line ahead of me . Not very friendly or interactive with the customers .. all in all goodmenu but atmosphere n work ethic could use some work , also theres 2 tables for preparing the orders yet only 1 is used , othertable has nothing stocked on it or anything .. why have it if it's not gonna be used ?? Nice to have a vegan option however I don?t think you should advertise it as vegan when you make it on the same counter top you... just made the previous dairy ice cream on. There are two counter tops, why not use the second one? Staff was very kind andpolite. Read more
Best ice cream I've ever had! Pralines and Cream, and Canadian Cheesecake are to die for! Also, the vegan ice cream is so good... you wouldn't even be able to tell it apart from the other options. Looking for a sweet treat made fresh, Lickety Splits is theplace to go! Read more
Good: Delicious! Awesome flavours! I understand the ice cream may take a while to make and is a bit on the pricey side as it's... mostly manpower. Girl taking our orders was friendly and helpful. However... Improvements: -Add more than 2 tables. You havethe space for it, and you don't have a patio so it only makes sense. Why have a bunch of people stand around when you have roomfor more tables? -The girls making the ice cream could have been a bit more friendly and interactive with the customerswatching them. -The wait times are ridiculous, especially with no where to sit. I know you're starting out and I really hope youfind ways to make the process more efficient. Read more
Bad customer service tonight and the bubble waffle was burnt and broken and we had to wait another 10 15 minutes to eat a plain... bubble waffle after having to try and enjoy the ice cream with a burnt waffle Seems to be rushing things but wait time isalmost unbearable. Definitely need new system put in play and possibly new workers. ice cream and waffles should come outpristine every time and for the price there shouldnt be any other way.
