The food was mediocre. Their Truffle Fries are OBVIOUSLY not "steak cut" and are straight cut store bought fries with barely any... truffle or parmesan. The arancini wasn't great either. If it weren't for the sauce, it would've just been balls of deep friedwhite rice. When you cut into them, they're literally just white. Their Caesar salads are definitely not anything to write homeabout either. Very watery, lemony dressing with bacon bits. Not even sure if real bacon was used. The service wasn't goodeither. We waited over an hour for our food. We saw the waiter for the table behind us more then we saw our own. When we did seethem, there was no apology for the wait. For a Saturday on Erie Street it wasn't too busy either. They were also out of, whatI'm assuming is, one of their most popular menu items. That would have been fine, if we were told about that at the beginning ofthe evening rather then looking forward to it only to be told upon ordering that they're out. Ran into this place by accident when some other lunch plans fell through. Wasn't disappointed, food was fresh and delicious.... Beautiful drink and menu options. They also had gluten free options, just best to ask the wait staff before ordering. Read more

Had dinner this week at La Contessa. We had a reservation ( 5 of us) for 6pm and were home by 7:30. There were 6 other tables... there during the same time. I had the chicken parm and was so stuffed . Our server was awesome and the chef even stopped by thetable to see how everything was. I'll be going back for sure! 10/10 Read more

First time at this restaurant and I have to say I was very impressed with the overall experience. Great staff (friendly,... courteous, had good jokes) More importantly though, my server was constantly making sure we had service throughout themeal. They have a great menu and appropriate portion size for the price! The Arancini is a must have for appetizer ???? Ofcourse they offer a wide selection of drinks from wines to beers. We reserved the private room for a birthday party and the evening far exceeded our expectations. The food was as top quality... as it gets...the staff was exceptional and saw to our every need. Highly recommended and we will return regularly. Read more

My husband and I decided to try a new restaurant and we have no regrets. We walked and arrived 30 minutes before they opened.... They were very accommodating and took us in early. The service was perfect, the drinks were excellent and the food wasabsolutely phenomenal! We are so happy we took a chance. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner wonderful! We will be back. Ok first I like the comp bread - impressed already since I was starving. You have to have their Espresso ????, the more the... better. We got the truffle fries, shrimp bomba for apps; they are good but I would not order the shrimp again as it is nothingremarkable. Maybe I would choose a different app on the next visit.
