How to best describe this place ?:-) This is, something between the Shameless pub (The Alibi Room) and Cheers, where everyone... seems to know everyone, but yet, everyone is very welcoming to new people & or friends. The finishing touches seems to have beenleft unfinished, I would think here , in purpose since the objective was met? This is a very basic Irish place, like you mayfind in Northern Ireland, but yet, it has everything one would need and the food quality is at the rendez-vous. I would like torecommend their chicken wings with their home special sauce on the side, with a Guinness of coarse ,;-) The server was verynice, friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Perfect,:-) A perfect stranger even got me a free shot for my specialoccasion during the visit? I strongly recommend this place, not for its super look nor state of the art technology?. But, tobring you back to the essential, good beer, good food, nice service that make you feel appreciated? Lastly the price areamazing,;-) Hope to see you there some day? Read more
Won't be returning to this place again. It's great if you are one of the regulars, but as a first AND last time customer it... was not a fun experience. The food took forever. The bartender seemed to be more interested in chatting with the regulars thanactually serving all the customers. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a sandwich. The sandwich meat had chunks of fat thatshould have been trimmed off. A bee ended up in my friend's beer. When it was shown to the bartender, she freaked out and justthrew the bee and the beer out. There was a third of a beer left. She didn't replace the beer or at least a portion of it. She just started to chat with her regulars instead. The regulars were definitely well taken care of, but as someone who waschecking out a brand new place to me, I definitely won't be returning. Read more
