The food was incredible! We tried the tasting menu and all five courses were delicious. It was delightful to hear the chef... describe all the care put into sourcing and preparing each dish. The presentation is lovely and the flavours are so rich - youcan taste the difference hours of preparation makes. This is some of the best food I?ve had in Essex County. If I was in charge of the Michelin Stars, I?d give this restaurant 3 of them. The food is absolutely incredible, melts in your... mouth, fresh, & with incredible taste, texture and authenticity. You can really tell the chef knows what he is doing. Mygirlfriend & I dined in the other night and we had the absolute best experience. We shared about 5 dishes + dessert andeverything was delightful. We will be back with this menu, and also back countless times over for the remaining of the year andnext. The service is also incredible. The chef even delivers some of the dishes to tables. Nice touch. This is more than arestaurant, it?s an experience & interactive art gallery where you get to devour the art that is placed in front of you. Read more
I absolutely love the vibe at Gladstone Commons. The food is very upscale and beautifully plated. The jalapeno cherry margarita... and pineapple dacquiri were lovely. We had the octopus and heirloom carrots to start, which were perfect for sharing. The DoubleStuffed Ravioli and Lobster Cappelletti were delicious, but a small portion for the price. The star of our meal was the featuredpork jowel - it was phenomenal and hopefully a permanent menu item (as well as the Beef Wellington which was sadly sold out). Weended our meal with the Lemon Drop and Peach Cobbler for dessert which were excellent choices. The Blueberry-Lavender ice creamcomplimented the cobbler very well. Stopped in for drinks & dinner tonight & I was blown away by the Smoky Old Fashioned (no photo, drank it quickly) followed by... the homemade bread & lavender butter, asparagus, octopus, strip loin steak. We dined here in August of 2021, the menu was really great. Shareable plates that are unique and delicious. Each dish came out... from the kitchen looking like a masterpiece from an experienced chef. It tasted as good as it looked! We tried the lamb, commathe ravioli, the chicken sandwiches, and the beef dish. The menu is seasonal seasonal so you will have an opportunity to trymany different things over the year. The atmosphere is great as they really did a great job to keep the old architecture whilestill updating the look inside . The chef came out to ensure we had a great experience. Incredible dinner ! The food was so tasty and hot. We pretty well had every appetizer on the menu for the 6 of us and they were... awesome! Tried oysters for the first time and I loved them. Devon our server was amazing and Steven was so helpful and hischerry margaritas were yummy! I highly recommend this restaurant. What a beautiful hidden gem in the city of Windsor! Bravo! Read more
