Hi. My name is Jordan. Honestly your staff where so sarcastic and ignorant when explaining for the first time I?ve ordered in 2... years that the app/coupon/delivery would not work. ( and that had happened before but the manager or even customer service repwas so nice and accommodating every other time until tonight. where there was nothing neither she or i could do which themanager like she said she was understood. This time was the complete opposite there was a girl Who sounded very young answerthe phone call and when i had explained why the app had asked me to call then she said i was the manager and that?s what we?redoing only pickup only. I had been on the phone since 12:46 and place and placed my order with the restaurant that said it wasopen at 12:40. The app as she said ? isn?t what we do.? And after getting such horrible service i asked politely what?s her nameso i can just have reference as to her stubbornness and just have a reasonable explanation, because she said she was new ididn?t need that info but also wouldn?t give me a manger. Bottom line is i will be losing my business until this is rectified.This girl is disgusting and as a customer service helper, she had no help but being this downfall, which i hope it corrected. Iorder for my family all the time i order over 2500$ a year and don?t deserve those new girl attitude as I?m not knew and anyoneshe see how loyal i am as i customer when i order. Domnos Pizza at 301 tecumseh rd. E. The employee was very disrespectful and rude. When I was getting my change back he through... my money on the pizza box so I told him not to put any money on my pizza box when I asked him for his name so he wouldn?tprovide it so a took a picture of him than he got mad start cussing at me and kicked me out of the store and threaten to callthe police? This location is usually ok but every once and a while we have issues with our orders. giving them a 2 star for that and 2... occasions I've come across hair in the pizza. I ordered two medium pizzas and asked for thin crust, I received two medium pizzas which were both burnt, cut into squares and... not the usual thin crust I receive. I called the place to express my concern to have the lady immediately argue with me andrefuse to give me a number or anyone else I could talk to and could also hear her laughing with another individual in the back.The worst customer service I could have and $30 wasted. ???????? I gave 4 star to this store about 4 months ago. Now I am changing it to 2 star. I am a regular customer of Domino's. Let's put... it this way. Everytime I order from any store other than this 301 Tecumseh east, I am satisfied, except that store. I will beadding 2 pictures showing that they don't really care enough to do their job right. First one, they missed extra onions andmissed up the toppings on the other pizza. Second, I ordered a cheese bread and half of the cheese was off and was cooked toomuch. Read more
