I absolutely love the salads and smoothies here! I would take a smoothie from cultures over anywhere else hands down! That being... said, it all depends on who is working when you go. There are two ladies who are amazing and extremely helpful when choosingsomething off the menu, also working with me not against me. Then there are two other ladies who I avoid going to at all costs.They ignore what you?re asking, and their methods are unsanitary and they don?t listen to me at all. One example is when Iordered a smoothie and the vanilla wasn?t working. I asked her to just give me the strawberry yogurt because it wouldn?t makethat much of a difference in my smoothie. She ignored me twice and proceeded to scoop melted vanilla yogurt out of themachine. Great food, but maybe work on some of your staff. Read more
The service was friendly and the food is good, but their process needs some serious work. Lunch rush seems to be a nightmare... especially when using a delivery service and can't check your order prior to paying. Order was delivered wrong twice in a row. Was comped a free salad by the manager if I came to get the rest of my order since they would not send a driver. Won't bereturning. I think Management needs to re-evaluate their staffing numbers during busy weekend lunch times and perhaps helptheir employees by coming up with a better process so that customers keep coming. Ordered two smoothies for myself and sister . Love there smoothies but NEVER will I be back. Young lady rinsed our cups in the... handwashing station. When we said something the other older lady apologized as she was new and offered a 10 percent discount andnew smoothies. Uhmm no if you don't know sanitary common sense than don't work in food industry. Culture's has went downhill atleast this location. Took 20 minutes for 2 smoothies. Very Poor service.. I'd rather get a McDonald's smoothie next time. Thefood also tastes old and is not at all appetizing. This place is making a very bad name for the company. Read more

Since this location opened, the quality of their food has steadily decreased. The items on the menu are great- when made with... fresh ingredients. Lately all the ingredients they seem to be using are just about to go bad. It's definitely not worth theprice you are paying. They also only have two workers max working at one time so if a large group gets there before you, goodluck getting your meal in a timely manner. I will say that the staff is friendly, but unfortunately the bad ingredients are sobad I would still give this location a one star review. Read more
Standing at Order Here station, the service man (can?t call him a gentleman) told me I?d have to get in line. I moved behind two... young ladies, asking if this was the line. One proceeded to pay register, next young lady was served by a young lady. The sameman came then to take my order. I expressed to him there should be a sign line starts here. His response was ?there is,? andpointed to the order here sign, where I started. He became argumentative with me, saying people don?t use it, and it?s not worthhis time to bother keep explaining to customers. To top it, the meal he made was not up to quality. Extremely slow. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with 2 people ahead of me ordering. The people working didn't make eye... contact or even acknowledge my presence. Food is decent, service needs to pick it up. Read more
Unless you want to get sick I wouldn?t eat here. The food I was served from here was disgusting!! there was mould on the cherry... tomatoes the corn had lost its colour you couldn?t see the starch in the water and smell it the mango was soggy and discolouredfrom being rotten the sprouts other than the leaves were brown and wilted the chicken was so old and hard he had to get a secondsharper knife to cut the already pre cut chicken the Avocado was black on the outside after he had taken the skin off thecucumber was old discoloured and dry. I couldn?t even eat my food I was so terrified of getting sick. This location needs to beshut down. The staff did not care at all and had no issues serving me this rotten food. I have pictures of the food I wasserved. I tried contacting restaurant but they wouldn?t answer the phone. I will be contacting the health unit about this. Idon?t even care about the money I?m out I care about the fact people are going to get sick. An that?s not okay!! Read more
