On Thursday November 10-2022 at the self-checkout I asked a Mel (name on tag) to help me scan the 5 items in my cart using her... hand held scanner, I had the barcodes facing up (ready to scan) but she refused saying that the scanner she had in her hand isonly for big items, which means I had to scan each item and place on the side of the scan/scale which at the time was a bitfrustrating for me considering that I was a bit in a rush. This is not how I understand customer service especially at Costcowhere I am used to the known kindness of all employees who usually go out of their way to help. Mel (a big girl with a shorthair) did not want to help but she was kind enough to keep my receipt that I forgot on the receipt printer when came back for ita few seconds later. I am a person who works 11 hours a day, 6 days a week and a small gesture of kindness saving me the fewminutes (that could have been a couple of seconds should she helped) could really go a long way in making my day muchbrighter. PS: Costco is my favorite shopping place and I?m shopping there at least once a week. Read more
The service quality is so good, and they are boring for 90 days, and people are the fastest, so I have always been their loyal... customers, but your refueling is also very cheap. Their roast chicken, well, has not changed the price for three years, but thisthing can not eat too much, because it is very greasy, in short, the cost performance here is very high, buy a lot of things canbe used for 49 days, and then refund. Very Busy Sunday...tough to get a parking. Because of increased shoppers, the isles were packed and a lot of traffic jam to move... within the warehouse. The staff are restocking as quickly as possible, lots of free samples so you do not go hungry, you willfind what you are looking for. As in any other shop, things have become expensive... inflation, shrinkflation, skimpflation..whatever you call it, we ended up paying 20 to 30% extra. The checkout line up was huge but the staff were working very fast,so even though the lines were long they were moving briskly. Read more
They Change the place of items every time, one day it there and the next day it is somewhere else which makes finding the items... very difficult. I don?t know why they do this.??????? While shopping during a busy day we find full of cardboards with itemburied so deep inside we can?t reach, they have a lot of employees why can?t they remove the cardboard frequently. Other thanthese two issues I find Costco Cool and great place to do shopping. Read more
