Good staff but my chicken nuggets were old and really gross. Thanks to the manager she made me fresh ones.
Main purpose for going in was to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. However, they did not have it in stock. I asked for... an ice tea. Again, no ice tea in separate container. None in pop dispenser, plus no strawberry topia. I don't like pop.Luckily they had chocolate milk. Garbage pails were full inside. Not impressed. Read more
Drive thru at 5:38 pm for 2 regular whopper meals with cheese and minus onions. Trying to figure out why both "burgers" were... wrapped in the "beyond meat" wrappers when that wasn't the order whatsoever. And of course no one can answer the phone.Ridiculous. Read more
went there today to get my order replaced as it was cold last time I ordered. The Shift Manager was VERY rude. I used to work... at this store and NEVER spoke or seen someone speak to a customer the way he did today. He would not replace my whole ordersaying I said somthing on the phone that I never said. I would hope that there would be better training for the Managers. itssad to see what has happened to this store in the last 5 years :( hopefuly they make some changes and make it better foreveryone. I've been at this for a bit and I still can't figure out why I can't get what I ordered to look appetizing. How difficult is it... to make sure your presentation is good. Throwing a couple of chicken sandwiches in wrappers is not what is expected. Why can't Iget the proper amount of toppings. Pictures show that the mayo is not on the whole sandwich and I asked for extra on top ofthat. The pictures I looked at to order from do not look like what I received. Their ketchup practically ruined my poutine. Itwas either watered down or shouldn't have been in the dispenser in the first place. This place needs to work on their qualityand presentation. Picked up four whoppers with poutine ... disgusting. Called to speak to manager he answered the call with "hello". No mention of... thanks for calling BK. Asked to speak to the manage, he said "I am", asked for his name " Adam" I honestly felt like I waswasting his valuable time. Never going back. The lack of customer service and the low quality food prep leave so much to bedesired. Stay far far away folks. Read more
