The food was good. I had the Juicy Lucy and it wasn't bad. I was expecting it to be cheesier than the average cheese burger. The... fries were nothing special but the Tornado fries were better. It was a bit awkward when we went in, there was only one othercouple in the place and they seemed to be friends and family. The burger was not like in the pictures. The burger and bun was very bland with a very thin piece of meat. It looked much better... and bigger in the menu photos. Onion rings tasted like the oil haven't been changed for a long time. I didn't like it and it wasvery pricey..I felt cheated since I thought that this place served gourmet burger which its not the case. Read more
really good burger. i tried the triple pattie one which was very well made. the meat was very tended and juicy. i would rate... this as a great choice to try when visiting windsor. especially since the food served in this establishment is hand slaughteredhalal as per the owner. the only thing i would suggest to improve would be timing. i was told that it takes 15 minutes to makedue to which i ordered accordingly so that it could be ready in time. however, i had to wait a lot more even after i reached asthey didnt start the order. We were back again to Burger Factory in Windsor after they have re-opened in the same location along with another Subs... franchise. My kids always order the Lucy juicy burger with fries or onion rings and me and my wife ordered the Machine that has2 x 5oz patties combo with fries and onion rings. I also ordered a jalapeno popper to try. We waited about 15 minutes for thefood which was not bad at all. When we got the food, I have noticed right away that the size of the burger got smaller comparedto how it used to be before. I would say it is 2 thirds the size. The burger itself was juicy and delicious and they use qualitybeef for their smashed burger patties. The burger buns were not good at all and they were a bit mushy and were not toastedproperly. Nothing special about the jalapeno pepper that was not spicy at all. Staff were very friendly and professional. Iwould have rated it 4 or 5 if It wasn't for the type of buns they use. Read more
My boys and I were looking for the best place for funnel cake.We went to burger factory at walker road,Windsor for the first... time today and we will definitely be back!!!! Stopped in for lunch today. My first time going to Burger Factory to eat. Very comprehensive menu and lots of variety. The place... is very clean and laid out nicely. I decided to have the Cheesy Lucy which is a cheeseburger that is also stuffed in the middlewith cheese. It was prepared fresh while I waited and was very enjoyable. The fries were quite good as well. It?s a bit priceyas it cost $17.49 for the combo after tax but it?s is definitely a step up from the regular fast food restaurants. I wouldn?thesitate to recommend it to anyone but be prepared for a bit of sticker shock if you?re used to the other fast food burgerchains. Read more
