We had a late night and we're excited to see the store still open at 1140pm. After ordering two combos and desserts, we got... home and realized there were a few mistakes. We called the store and they told us they'd fix it for us the next day...whichthey pleasantly did. Food was delicious (even if needed correcting) and service was awesome. I do agree they're way too expensive but so are many other fast food places. They're just burgers and not filet mignon. The... bigger issue is that not one person in management is up to date on reading their reviews. We went Sunday October 10th. The younglady who took my order treated me as if I were disturbing her. She dropped our order on the counter and walked away. Oh and Iwas the only one in the place and no one at the drive-thru. But she went back to chatting with her co-worker. I guess we'llstick with Harvey's as they do appreciate your business and with a smile!. I mean after all we customers keep these placesrunning. Read more

Since the new owners the food is not being made correctly. With a fast food chain all the food is prepared the same. I don't... think the staff is being trained correctly and corporate head should look into it especially breakfast They DONT toast thebread for breakfast. Thus isn't the first time I received 4 pieces of white bread with butter. Not even toasted. For scrambledeggs they make 2 over easy eggs and then chop it to bits. Very slow on order?s and even slow enough to screw it up!! Onion rings were cold and the burgers were cold and they didn?t... discount the coupons!! This place use to be good don't know what happened haven't been here in a few months and went today and I am disturbed. Gravy... was cold and runny like chicken broth and then bite in the burger and saw this bacon not even cooked so gross don't know howanyone would think that's ok to serve someone this. Will be reporting this if nothing is done someone can get sick. And goodluck calling the restaurant to complain. Read more
Service was noticeably slow. Food order was not fully understood by the waiter person. Was told to wait for 5 minutes and... redrive through to pick up order.??? Never had to do that before!!
